Options Consulting Group celebrated 25 years in 2015. That’s over 25 years of delivering innovative and tailored solutions in Recruitment, Outplacement, Behaviour and Psychometric Profiling and Human Resources Consulting. To celebrate, Options Consulting Group renovated their offices and revamped their website.

We have learned plenty and achieved much over our first 25 years. I’m proud to boast we have stayed true to our vision of working closely with our clients and providing a full range of human resource services based on a thorough understanding of each client’s business and their aspirations for future development. 1995 Launched Career Transition/Outplacement Division.
1996 Moved to current address 20-22 Albert Road South Melbourne.

Launched Interim Management/Contract Division.

1997 Launched Workforce Management/Labour Hire Division.
1999 Launched Outsourced Human Resources Services/Support Division.
2000 Launched Outsourced Payroll Division.
2015 Renovated offices and extended lease to 2018.

Upgraded operating systems to the cloud via JobAdder.

Redesigned website thanks to Swim Communications. 

Sharyn Cocks joined the OCG as a Senior Consultant.
