Prior to his career in Executive & Professional Recruitment, John’s professional experience included executive roles in Sales & General Management, nationally and internationally, in addition to executive representation on national industry bodies.
Sharyn has worked as a Senior Consultant in Executive Search across all disciplines with a focus on manufacturing and industrial sectors. Throughout her career she has built exceptionally strong networks that have enabled her to source ‘difficult to find’ candidates with unique industry experience.
Sharyn advocates partnering with her clients in order to develop an in depth understanding of their business and to ensure excellent recruitment outcomes and solutions. Chris Wood joined Options Consulting Group in 1996 after a career in sales and marketing within packaged consumer goods and industrial products companies, both privately owned and large global corporations. Chris has built a reputation amongst our clients as a knowledgeable and intuitive advisor. Chris develops an understanding of each role and pays close attention to ‘fit to culture’ of the client business. Eugene comes with over 15 years’ of people and performance management in the hospitality industry. His expertise in the field of operations, customer service and F&B spans from Australia, Canada and Hong Kong make him a culturally diverse and versatile Consultant. Such experience allows him to provide clients and candidates with deep industry knowledge and career advice.
With a keen eye for talent development in hospitality and beyond, Eugene adds an international perspective in human resources and recruitment to the Options family.
Dave has over 10 years industry experience in both engineering and operations management roles within the manufacturing sector following a 16 year technical career in the Navy.
Dave brings a strong people focus and achieved great success driving operational improvements through team engagement and balanced personnel management. Dave’s experience provides clients with first hand knowledge in the fast-paced manufacturing environment where the right skills and fit are key ingredients to success.
Lee Griffin brings to Options Consulting Group over 20 Years commercial management experience in the automotive distribution and clothing manufacturing industries. Lee is an experienced leader of high performing sales teams, a proven profit centre manager with a record of sustained achievements.

Chris Ralph is a recognised expert in organisation strategy, execution and engagement.
Chris brings a track record in delivering sustainable reforms for clients through an expertise spanning leadership, organisation design, workforce behaviour, and employee relations and a natural disposition to work alongside executives, managers, and staff as they adapt routines and embed behavioural changes.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne, and a Graduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship from Swinburne University.
